Apple Creamed Rice
This is a nutritious snack that requires a microwave and minimal effort on your part!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Nurture Toddler Milk
1/2 cup stewed apples (or 1 jar Wattie’s Apples Stage 1 blue label)
1/4 cup short grain rice
1 Tbsp Sugar
Method
1. Put the short grain rice and Toddler Milk into a 3 cup capacity microwave proof dish and stir it.
2. Cover and cook it in the microwave on medium for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until rice is tender and creamy.
3. Add the stewed apple and the sugar and stir into the rice when still hot. Allow to cool and serve warm. Can be refrigerated until chilled.

Tip!
