Fish Balls

Fish Balls

Easy to make, packed with protein and loaded with flavour. This makes a great main for your little one, just add a side of veges.


1 150g Greenseas Tuna or Pink Salmon Chunks
4 large potatoes
1 small onion
1 Tbsp parsley


Add the Tuna or Pink Salmon Chunks to the mashed potatoes, along with the finely chopped onion and parsely.

Mix it together thoroughly, then shape it into small balls. Each one should be about the size of a large walnut.

Spray a frying pan lightly with oil, then cook the balls until they're golden brown, turning from time to time. They'll cook quickly, so be careful not to overdo it.

Allow to cool before serving with vegetables.
