CLT Chicken Lettuce and Tomato

Ingredients

160 g can Wattie's Chicken in Lite Mayo
1/2 cup lite cream cheese
1 spring onion, finely chopped
lettuce
tomato slices
crusty seeded bread
CLT Chicken Lettuce and Tomato

Method

1.Mix together Wattie’s Chicken in Lite Mayo with lite cream cheese and chopped spring onion.

2. Spoon filling into rolls or sandwiches, with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.

3. Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.

Tip!

Use CLT in wraps or pita pockets – ideal for lunch on the run – or spread on crackers for a delicious snack.

Add in other favourite flavours such as:

Corn kernels

Shredded basil leaves

Diced red capsicum

Cherry tomatoes

Or finely diced chilli

. . . the possibilities are endless!
