Easy Chicken Kebabs
These BBQ kebabs are sweet, sticky and great as finger food or part of a meal. They’re sure to disappear within minutes!
Ingredients
400g skinless chicken thigh fillets
1/4 cup Wattie's Tomato Sauce 50% Less Sugar
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp low-salt soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp Dijon mustard
8-12 wooden skewers, soaked in cold water*

Method
Tip!
This recipe gets the Healthy Pick for Main Meals.*Soak the skewers in cold water for at least 15 minutes to avoid them burning during cooking.Freeze marinated chicken in a resealable bag or airtight container. Thaw in refrigerator and thread chicken onto skewers and BBQ as per recipe.
