Creamy Cauliflower

Creamy Cauliflower

Suitable for:
infants 7 months +
Serves:
Makes approximately 1 cup

Ingredients

1 cup cauliflower florets
1/2 cup broccoli florets
2 tsp margarine or butter
2 tsp flour
1/3 cup Milk
1 Tbsp Farex Original Multi-grain Cereal

Method

1. Boil or steam cauliflower and broccoli under tender. Puree with a fork or handheld blender.

2. Heat butter in a small saucepan. Stir in flour and cook for 30 seconds. Add milk gradually stirring continuously until smooth and thickened.

3. Add cauliflower and broccoli puree to white sauce with Farex. Mix well and serve.
