Fish is a great source of protein and Omega 3. This recipe is perfect for introducing it to your baby. It's suitable for 6-7months and up.

Ingredients
1 small fillet of fish - make sure there are no bones in it
1 cup baby's milk or water
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Method
Dice fish the fish add to milk. Pop in the chopped parsley and simmer it briefly. Remember - fish cooks quickly.
Once the fish is cooked through and tender, allow it to cool and then mash. While you're doing this give a final check to make sure there are no bones.
If there are any leftovers store them in the fridge in an airtight container.

Serve this up with mashed vegetables for a really well balanced meal.
