Custard Cups

Custard Cups

These are easy to prepare, nutritious snacks. They’re great for kid’s parties because they’re still sweet, but have plenty of goodness in them too.

Ingredients

1 can or jar Wattie's Custard (you can use any variety you like)
1 small orange

Method

1. Cut orange in half, scoop out the flesh and finely dice it – discard the pips and pith.
2. Mix custard with the fresh fruit pulp and spoon it into orange halves.
3. Pop it in the freezer for half an hour before serving and you’ll have the perfect chilled treat!
Tip!

Depending on your culinary skills you might be able to experiment with kiwifruit, feijoa or other soft fruits.
