Banana & Apple Biscuits

Makes: approx. 20 biscuits

Ingredients

3/4 cup Farex Muesli with Apple
1/4 cup self raising flour
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
40g butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbsp unsweetened apple juice

Method

1. Combine Farex and flour in a large bowl.

2. Add banana, butter and juice to dry ingredients. Mix with a spoon and then bring together with your hands.

3. Roll teaspoons of mixture into small balls and press onto a lined baking tray. Bake at 180ºC for 12-15 minutes.
