Banana Mango Courgette & Peas with Mash

- Makes approx. 2 portions
2. Using a handheld blender or food processor, puree vegetables until a smooth consistency is achieved. Add a little of the cooking water if required.
3. Warm Wattie's® pouch and pour between 2 serving dishes. Top with mashed vegetables and cheese. Serve one portion and refrigerate other for another meal.
Substitute potato with sweet potato or carrot.
