Tropical Fish and Risoni

Ingredients
¼ cup risoni pasta
100g white fish fillet, chopped
1-2 tbsp smooth ricotta
1x 120g pouch Wattie’s® ForBaby Banana Mango Courgette & Peas

Method
1. Add pasta to a small saucepan of boiling water, cook for 8-10 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
2. Meanwhile cook fish in a steamer, or poach in a little water until cooked through.
3. Combine 1/3 cup of the cooked pasta, the fish, ricotta and Wattie's® pouch. Using a handheld blender or food processor puree until smooth. Add 1-2 teaspoons of water if required to adjust consistency.
4. Use a portion to feed baby, then refrigerate remainder for another meal, or freeze for later use.

Tip!
You can keep the pasta aside before pureeing or fork mashing other ingredients together, should your baby be ready for a bit more texture.Any remaining risoni can be refrigerated for another meal, or freeze in small portions for later use.
