Lamb & Vegetables with Mash

- Makes approx. 2 portions
2. Warm Wattie’s® pouch in a jug of hot water.
3. Puree vegetables with a handheld blender or in a food processor. Use reserved cooking water to achieve desired consistency if required.
4. Spoon between 2 serving bowls and swirl half the Wattie’s® pouch between each. Use one for serving and refrigerate the other for a later meal.
Substitute sweet potato for potato, carrot or pumpkin, and broccoli for courgette, spinach or peas.
