Before you prepare formula for your baby, please read the instructions carefully on the formula can or sachet to ensure you are making it up correctly.
It’s not uncommon for babies to initially be unsettled when they change formulas. This is completely normal and will usually resolve within a few days to a week as their digestive system adjusts. Digestive changes may include more wind, spilling and changes in bowel motions including colour and frequency. Some babies may notice a taste difference between formulas, and appear to be a bit fussy when first offered the new formula.
