Apple, Blackcurrant & Strawberry Rice Pudding

  • ¼ cup rice
  • ½ x 120g Wattie’s® ForBaby Apple, Blackcurrant & Strawberry
  • ¼ banana, mashed
  • 2 tsp natural yoghurt
Apple, Blackcurrant & Strawberry Rice Pudding


1. Cook rice in a saucepan of boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain.

2. Combine 2 tablespoons of the rice with Wattie's® pouch, banana and yoghurt. Mix well. Place into serving bowl and top with a little extra banana.

Freeze remaining rice in portions for future use.

Add some mashed or chopped fruits to mixture like cooked apples or pears, mango, strawberries, apricots, peaches or nectarines.

Substitute rice with couscous if desired.
