Chicken & Vegetables with Quinoa

  • 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
  • 100g sweet potato, peeled and diced
  • 1x 170g jar Wattie’s® ForBaby Harvest Vegetables & Chicken
  • 1 Tbsp cooked quinoa
Chicken & Vegetables with Quinoa


1. Cook carrot and sweet potato in a saucepan of boiling water for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain, reserving cooking liquid.

2. Puree vegetables using a handheld blender or a food processor. Add a little of the reserved cooking water to ensure a smooth consistency.

3. Stir in Wattie's® jar and quinoa. Mix well.

4. Use a portion to feed baby, then refrigerate remainder for another meal, or freeze in portions for later use.

Puree quinoa with vegetables if a smoother texture is required.

Try other vegetables like broccoli, courgette, pumpkin or parsnip.
