Pureed Chicken & Vegetables

Suitable for:
infants 4 months +
Makes 1 cup


  • 1 small skinless chicken breast fillet, chopped
  • 1/2 carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 courgette, chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp Farex Baby Rice

1. Place chicken and vegetables in a small saucepan with ½ cup water. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Cool slightly.

2. Purée with a handheld blender until smooth and stir in Farex to desired consistency.

Any left over purée can be refrigerated for use the following day, or frozen in small portions for later use.
