Mashed Pumpkin & Apple
- Suitable for:
- infants 4 months +
- 1 Tbsp cooked and mashed pumpkin
- 1 Tbsp cooked and mashed apple
- 2 Tbsp cooled boiled water
- 1 Tbsp Farex Baby Rice
Method1. Combine pumpkin and apple in baby’s serving bowl. Mix in water and Farex to make a porridge-like consistency.
- Add some cooked broccoli to pumpkin before mashing for a variation.
- Pumpkin can be replaced with sweet potato if desired.
- Increase quantities as baby’s appetite develops.
