Fruity Chicken Mince

Makes approximately 1 cup


  • 100g lean chicken mince
  • 2 Tbsp finely grated peeled apple
  • 2 Tbsp finely grated sweet potato
  • 1 Tbsp Farex Muesli with Pear & Banana
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • ¼ tsp finely chopped parsley
Fruity Chicken Mince


1. Cook chicken mince in a small non-stick frying pan until cooked through. Stir in apple and sweet potato. Cook a further minute.

2. Add Farex, water and parsley. Cook until heated through. Serve.


When cooking mince, use a fork to press meat to form a finer mince.
