Fruity Chicken Mince
- Suitable for:
- 6 months+
- Makes approximately 1 cup
- 100g lean chicken mince
- 2 Tbsp finely grated peeled apple
- 2 Tbsp finely grated sweet potato
- 1 Tbsp Farex Muesli with Pear & Banana
- 2 Tbsp water
- ¼ tsp finely chopped parsley
Method1. Cook chicken mince in a small non-stick frying pan until cooked through. Stir in apple and sweet potato. Cook a further minute.
2. Add Farex, water and parsley. Cook until heated through. Serve.
When cooking mince, use a fork to press meat to form a finer mince.
