What is the VitalValve™?
This special little valve has been designed to provide a steady flow of liquid and therefore a smooth drinking action, whilst preventing liquid from flowing back into the spout when your baby is not drinking from the cup.
This special band on the VitalValve™ allows liquid to flow through the valve when the child is drinking. Ensure that the band is kept in place over the valve, especially after cleaning.
The air-release slit allows the flow of liquid through the valve.
To make sure that the VitalValve™ functions correctly, insert it into the spout and press firmly into position. To remove the VitalValve™ grip the fin firmly and pull gently.
The VitalValve™ fits all new Baby Basics Cups and tumblers and is removable giving you the option to use the valve or not.
