Sometime around 6 months, but not before 4 months, your baby may be ready to move on to solids (in addition to breastmilk or formula); however as every baby is different some may reach this stage sooner than others. He should be receiving some solids around six months, but not before four months.

In this section we have advice on what signs to look for, information about Starting Solids; and some healthy and tasty recipes in feeding your baby. You can also find out everything you need to know about our products, including nutritional information.

Want some advice, or just want to put your point of view across? Join our Wattie's forbaby club to get regular updates from Wattie's and if you want to speak to other mothers about Starting Solids go to the Wattie's forbaby Discussion Board.
