TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Entry instructions and information on the prizes offered form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents currently residing in New Zealand only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or its affiliates, participating outlets, companies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. To enter the draw for a chance to win one of 10 prizes of $5000 drawn over a 10 week period, simply collect any 10 barcodes from any products within the Wattie's for Baby® range. Place your barcodes in an envelope write your name and contact address details on the back of the envelope and post it to: Freepost Wattie's Baby Food Draw, P.O.Box 2188, Auckland 1140.
4. The promotion commences on Monday 19th April 2010. The first prize draw will take place at 11.00am Monday 3rd May 2010. All entries received by this date and time will be eligible for the first prize draw for $5000. Thereafter weekly draws will take place on every Monday at 11.00am from all entries received up to the time of each draw (excluding previous winning entries) until the final draw on Monday 5th July at 11.00am. A total of 10 prize draws will take place with $5000 to be won in each prize draw. The total value of the prizes on offer is $50000.
5. The promotion officially closes at midnight Sunday 4th July 2010 but all eligible entries received at the postal address given in paragraph 3 above by 11.00am on Monday 5th July will be deemed to have been received on time. Entries received after this time and date will be ineligible.
6. Entrants may enter as many times as they like through the promotional period. However, each entry received must be in a separate envelope accompanied by 10 valid barcodes. Each valid entry received will give the entrant one chance in all remaining weekly draws following the date on which the entry is received by the Promoter. Entrants may receive only one prize for each individual entry but may win more than one prize if they have entered multiple times.
7. The first valid entry drawn in each weekly prize draw will win the $5000 prize for that week.
8. Entrants and entries using invalid, incomplete, duplicated, or partial barcodes submitted in error or obtained by or through fraud or other illegal activity, or barcodes not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
9. The winners will be notified within 10 days following the prize draw using the contact details provided with their entries.
10. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any lost or delayed entries or any other error or system malfunction relative to the New Zealand postal system or any other service which may affect the entry process or timing of any prize draw.
11. The Promoter will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever, which is suffered as a result of, or arising from, any person participating in the promotion or in connection with any prize.
12. In the event that a prize-winner is unable to be contacted after a period of one month using the contact details provided with his/her entry, the winner will forfeit his/her prize eligibility and another winner will be drawn from all valid entries received up to the date of the replacement draw (excluding previous winning entries).
13. By entering this prize draw, each entrant consents to the information he/she submits with his/her entry being entered into a database and that the Promoter may use this information to advise entrants of any future Wattie's Baby Food promotions unless the entrant indicates otherwise with their entry. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the Auckland office of Heinz Wattie's Limited at 46 Parnell Road, Parnell. Any request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
14. If any winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or care-giver.
15. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to this promotion and the awarding of the prizes. No correspondence will be entered into in relation thereto.
