WATTIE'S® BUZZY BEE™ PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All information contained within the claim form forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. The Wattie's® Buzzy Bee™ promotion is open to all residents of New Zealand currently residing in New Zealand. Employees (and the immediate family members) of the Promoter or its affiliates, printers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. Each claim must be correctly completed, with the chosen Buzzy Bee™ item or items clearly identified on the official claim form and must contain the correct number of barcodes required for the selected Buzzy Bee™ item or items as set out in condition 4 hereunder and on the claim form. Additional claim forms can be downloaded by visiting www.forbaby.co.nz
4. To claim a Buzzy Bee™ Classic wooden toy the claimant must collect 100 barcodes (or collect 40 barcodes and pay an additional $10.00) and the standard $5.00 for postage and packing. To claim a Buzzy Bee™ Hanging Mobile or the Buzzy Bee™ and Friends DVD the claimant must collect 60 barcodes (or collect 40 barcodes and pay an additional $5.00) and the standard $5.00 per order for postage and handling.
5. At the time of printing the details of this promotion the Buzzy Bee™ products offered had retail values (inc GST) as follows - Buzzy Bee™ wooden toy RRP $39.99, Buzzy Bee™ hanging mobile RRP$19.99 and Buzzy Bee™ and Friends DVD $19.99. The Promoter takes no responsibility if these values change prior to completion of the promotion.
6. Claims must be posted to Wattie's® Buzzy Bee™ Promotion, Private Bag 94314, Pakuranga, Manukau, Auckland 2140. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for the processing of your claim.
7. You may claim as many times as you like but only one claim per claim form will be accepted and each claim should be in a separate envelope.
8. The offer finishes on Friday 26th February 2010 or while stocks last whichever is the earlier.
9. The Promoter will accept no liability for any claims not received whether misdirected, lost, stolen or mutilated. Proof of postage does not mean proof of receipt.
10. The Promoter will use track and trace courier services for deliveries to assist in secure delivery of claims. However, no liability will be accepted by the Promoter for any claimed item sent but not received by the claimant.
11. In the event that stocks of the claimed item become exhausted the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another Buzzy Bee™ item from the remaining stock. If the item claimed but out of stock was a Buzzy Bee™ wooden toy the Promoter will select a substitute item from the remaining stock and refund the claimant with any balance of barcodes or balance of cash as appropriate to match the replaced claim. If the item claimed was originally a Buzzy Bee™ Mobile or Buzzy Bee™ DVD and either one is out of stock the Promoter will first select to replace the claim with an in stock item of equal value. If the only item left in stock is a Buzzy Bee™ wooden toy and the claim was for a mobile or DVD the claimant will be contacted and given the option to send more barcodes or supplement their claim with the required cash subsidy. In the event that your claim is received after the closing date of the promotion or after all stock has been exhausted your total claim including your $5.00 postage and handling will be returned to you by mail.
12. The Promoter will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever, which is suffered as a result of, or arising from or in connection with any claim or item received, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Items claimed are not redeemable for cash, transferable or exchangeable except by decision of the Promoter as detailed in Clause 11 above.
14. By participating in this Buzzy Bee™ offer, claimants accept the terms and conditions as detailed and consent to the information the claimant submits with her/his claim to be entered into a database and that the Promoter may use this information to advise claimants of any future Wattie's® Baby Food promotions unless the claimant indicates otherwise on the claim form. All personal details of the claimant will be stored at the Auckland offices of Heinz Wattie's Ltd, 46 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland. Any request to access, update or correct that information should be directed to that office.
15. The Promoter's decision is final and all matters relating to this offer and awarding of claims. No correspondence will be entered into in relation thereto.
16. The Promoter is Heinz Wattie's Limited, of 513 King Street North, Hastings 4122, New Zealand.
