Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 banana, peeled
  • 2 x 220g cans Wattie's 99% Fat Free Caramel Creamed Rice

Method

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy

Tip:

Keep cans of Wattie’s 99% Fat Free Caramel Creamed Rice in the fridge as the smoothie will become creamier if the rice is chilled.
